Coder/programmer needed!

I'm in need of some help in order to improve the menu of the blog to make it easier for people to access the various books, which will become more important as the project grows. With 32 army books about to be available, having a single drop-down menu would make it impossible to access all books on the screen as some would be cut out. As such, I'm in need of adding a multi-level menu instead. Unfortunately, despite my own attempts at doing this myself with the use of many guides online, none of the results have worked out, making the end result a jumbled mess. I therefore turn to my readers for help. Is there any one with programming skills who could spare an hour or so to help me fix this?

The code below should give you an idea of how I mean to implement it. Alas, while it looks fine when opening it directly in the web browser, trying to implement it into Blogger causes it to go haywire, and I have no idea how to fix it.

In case you need more information or source code, just shoot me an email and I'll get back to you.

  1. i know it would be a lot harder to code. but wouldn't it be epic to have a warhammer world map, globe or something similar to select an army thread? from which you can select 8th & 9th ed. books, message archives etc.

just a suggestion (but more likely to be a wish that will never become reality)

    1. Yeah that would be pretty cool, but is unfortunately a lot more complicated that anything I would be able to do with my limited coding skills :)

    2. That would need a large, high quality, unlabled map of the warhammer fantasy world, something which i can not find on the internet but should such a thing be found/produced i belive that i might be able to do it.

    3. And yes unlabled was in bold (I can do italics too but not underlining (i wonder why)).

The comment form takes comments in HTML. :-)

    5. Do you know where i can find the original maps the War-RVR.net 3D Map Project made? I think they will be better quality.

    7. I'm afraid it has got a bit tedious.

  2. Shouldn't be too hard to put together using one of the forum templates available, but right now, I don't think there too much of a demand for it, if the google group is anything to go by.

  3. I think you might be surprised. The Google group is a bit clunky and not really accessible.

    Do it do it!!

  4. I have found an alternate way of getting it running but am still working on not turning every list on the whole site into a menu.
